Welcome to Fitness Pro and allowing me to help you reach you health and fitness goals.  Fitness Pro brings fitness to you.  How convenient  is that? 
 
Wheather it be your basement, garage, living room or aparment/condo facility, fitnes is brought to the client.  Clients receive a high quality and professional  Personal Training service that is flexible and affordable without leaving their home. 
 
Each training session is one hour long.  Every session is different to decrease boredom and plateaus.  You are always provided with a copy of what we did that day to increase your adoption towards exercise.

WHAT TO EXPECT
 
Every program is customized to meet your fitness level and goals.  Form is king when it comes to exercise-you will learn how to perform exercises correctly to get the best results.   You will gain motivation and a more positive outlook towards exercise.  Yes, exercise can be fun. 
 
You will learn how to set “SMART” fitness and weight loss goals that will improve your eating habits and give you greater strength, muscle tone, flexibility and endurance.  You will look better, feel better and have more confidence.

EQUIPMENT

Adding variety to your routine will prevent boredom and plateaus.  Stability balls, TRX Trainer, BOSU ball, free weights, Kettle bells, body bars, medicine balls, stepper and sliding disc are some of the equipment used.  If you have equipment and want incorporate it, that is no problem.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
With over 29 years in the health and fitness industry, my experience extends to different age groups with various cinditions, Such as:senior populations, people with chronic conditions (type 2 diabetes, COPD, cardiac, anxiety, dementia), people who have had joint replacement, people with shoulder problems and people who have had spinal fusionto name a few.
