Fitness Pro focuses on in home personal training in the Middleton, MA and surrounding areas (Peabody, Danvers, Lynnfield and Boxford to name a few). 
 
The Fitness Pro's philiosophy is that you do not need fancy equipment or hours of training to attain your health and fitness goals.  Instead, most people need guidence on proper technique and alignment.  Every program is designed based on your needs and goals to maximize your success.
 
Becoming fitter, stronger and changing bad behaviors are some of slkills you gain working with Fitness Pro.  You will enjoy knowing you are using proper form.  You will gain confidence as you progress and do moves you never thought possible.
 
You will find out what healthy weight loss is and what a nutritional diet looks like. You will stay motivated and conquer those habits that have been holding you back.

 Empowering you to become a better version of yourself is what I do for my clients.  Though proper exercise prescription, they build strength, change their bodies, gain confidence and lose weight.   There are no secrets and I will guide you though the how and the why of every exercise.

I have worked extensively with the aging population.   Senior clients will gain strength, improve balance and be better at performing daily activites.  They will walk better, move better and be able lift things they could not before.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
People with Injuries, chonic diseases (type 2 diabeties, COPD), back fusion, anxiety and joint issues are some of the clients I have trained. They see imroved body composition, better mobility, improved strength, healthy weight loss and sometimes a decrease in prescription medicine.
